This section covers:

  • Rapid Induction: Learn fast induction techniques for use in situations of pain, anxiety, panic, and emergencies. You will explore various rapid induction methods, including shock inductions, handshake inductions, pattern interruption inductions, directive rapid inductions, and confusion or overload inductions.

  • Self-Induction: Practice self-induction methods, including creating scripts, mindfulness-to-trance techniques, and progressive muscle relaxation. You'll understand the importance of consistency and learn techniques like the Berry Erickson 3-2-1 method and visualizations for effective self-induction.

  • Practical Exercises: Apply your skills through hands-on activities to ensure proficiency and versatility in your hypnotherapy practice. This includes practicing self-induction and rapid induction techniques to build confidence and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
